Michael C. Munger is full Professor of Economics, Public Policy and Political Science at Duke University, USA. In his research he investigates the workings of legislative institutions in producing policy. He is also inerested in the nature and morality of exchange, coining the term "euvoluntary" (see his talk at PCPE in the CEVRO Institute in 2014)
